Workshop Terms and Conditions

All workshops need to be booked in advance via our website, spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis, you will be sent a confirmation order with your workshop space confirmation.

Due to limited capacity for workshops, if you aren’t able to book a space, please use the contact us section of the website with the name of the workshop you wanted to attend and how many spaces you wanted to book. You will be placed on a cancellation waiting list and there may be an opportunity for you to attend if a space becomes available. If there is a high demand for a workshop, another event may be added to the calendar. Any additional classes will be announced on social media platforms.

If for whatever reason a workshop needs to be postponed, cancelled or rescheduled, all attendees will be notified via email or text and offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook another workshop.

All workshops will take place at the Y Cwt Creu shop, unless otherwise stated.

On-Street parking is available for free outside the shop

Please note that there are no toilet facilities available in the shop, however there are public toilets close by.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 5 day cancellation policy applies to all workshops. We regret that refunds cannot be offered should you wish to cancel your place less than 5 days before the workshop date.

If you are unable to attend, please do let us know as soon as possible, so that we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

Please note that any refunds given will have a non refundable £4.50 booking fee deducted.
